$200 REQUIRED REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee is required for all attendees and includes attendance to the Friday business meeting. All other events are priced separately and are in addition to the registration fee.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
ADDITIONAL EVENTS REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER 30 LESS A $100 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. NO REFUNDS AFTER SEPTEMBER 30.
Kentucky Coal Association booked a block of rooms at the Campbell House for overnight accommodations. To make your reservation, call 859.255.4281 and mention the Kentucky Coal Association room block. The block is only valid until October 1st, at which time the unused rooms will be released. Please make your reservations early; it is Lexington’s busy season with Keeneland and a home football game. Availability will be extremely limited.
